| Following our experience in the
world's largest warehouse building at the Cargo and
Freight Station, Berth 3, we were invited to team up with
the franchise Client for the design and construction of
the Freight Forwarding Centre. The proposed gross construction area is 263,420m² comprising 3 levels of C.F.S. station with spiral vehicle ramp and an additional 7 storeys of office Tower. The development is divided into two major phases, with the Phase I covering a G.F.A. of 161,230m² completed by December-1997. |
